Cindy Brewer was on with me before when this show was at midnight. I'm bringing her back as I feel her story is fascinating and has merit. DNA IS the security that backs world currency. The tracking is done through barcodes given every man, human and all of mankind by the International Standards Organization (ISO) from specific markers found in every beings DNA held at The National Center for Biological Information (NCBI) for trade under the International Trade Organization (ITO) and taxed by The Internal Revenue Service. The patents designate malappropriations of entitlements from every man, human and all of mankind to selected patent holders distributed at the UniProt Consortium in Switzerland. The International tracking codes can be located under the Taxonomy Identification Numbers held under the National Institute of Health (NCBI) which consists of the DNA sequencing of the Human Genome.- The taxonomy ID is tied to an “Accession number” which is tied to the securities documents trade under world currency. Bonding agents are predominately US District Courts, community development companies and property management corporations along with mutual funds markets, while the World health Organization (WHO), hospitals and colleges frequently serve as undertakers in many cases. It is done under HR 3474 and executive Order 13037. This method is also referred to as “The blood of the Saints” in Biblical prophecy.
They then used the BRE cell gene and clone lines for commercial purposes around the world. It was used as a model for the computer, telecommunications and satellite companies. They used the DNA sequencing to apply to all people and back the world currency. They used it as the trade commodity to exchange science and technology and weapons of mass destruction through from alien trade pacts. The commercial uses accounts for more than 2/3 of the world’s economy today. It is the source from which cloning, recombinant DNA, cloning, trans humans, FEMA, HAARP, DARPA, chemtrails, the prison industry, the medical industry, the GMO foods sprang from. That is the patent that destroyed the anima mundi of the entire planet and beyond. That is the funding of the energy scandals, wars, planetary annihilations and abominations. It paid for the ‘housing bubble’, human trafficking and fraud.
In this particular turn of events the financing came into fruition in 1997, under the second biotechnology patent in the USA; US Patent 4,237,224 granted to Norman Stanley Cohen and Herbert Boyer and the patent managed by Stanford Law School on Dec. 2, 1980 entitled, "Process for producing biologically functional molecular chimeras. Which included technologies for cloning and recumbent DNA and the DNA sequencing beginning Genentech and the DNA BloodBank that backs world currency.

Cynthia Marie Brewer: I do not know if these guys last names is because they are family/heir that are participating or if this is about plausible deniability. There is a small fee to access the info. There is and has been ever changing information as though the name is William Stanley Cohen and he signs under multiple verisimulatudes to escape liability. The securities definitely went to him and it is more than a coincidence. This is clearly the patent holder. He was invisible until very recent years.

A brief synopsis… The alleged master minds of world government came together to up with a plan to use DNA as the asset to back world currency and maximize their returns by controlling all life and energy on earth and an exceptional bargaining chip for alien trading.
